EveryVersionHistory

The “EveryVersionHistory” is EveryDataStore's app that manages versions of RecordSets and RecordSetItems. This app is available to admins for installation under the following path: “Administration” / “Apps”. 

Through the "EveryVersionHistory" app it is enabled to document changes of RecordSets, i.e., databases, and RecordSetItems, i.e., database entries, over time and it provides possibility to see those versions at any time, as well as to rollback to the selected version.

Should "EveryVersionHistory" app be installed, every database RecordSetItems will also have “Versions” tab next to the “Main” tab.

The “Versions” tab shows information about all different versions of the database item, i.e., every time when an update happens within one database item, a new version is created. Initially, this tab is empty until first version of the database RecordSetItem is created.

There are two buttons on the left side of each documented version: "Show" and "Rollback".
Clicking on the "Rollback" button will revert the current RecordSetItem or RecordSet appearance to the appearance of the selected version. 
Clicking on the "Show" button will initiate appearance of the selected documented version. This is helpful for determining the right rollback version.
